Will Fowlkes, the outgoing Chairman of the Cobb County Democratic Party, announced on Wednesday his candidacy for the Vice-Chair of Congressional Districts and County Liaison for the Democratic Party of Georgia. Fowlkes says he brings a lot to the table in the way of political party and organizational experience, strategic planning and execution, knowledge of technology and broad-based communication skills that will be of invaluable benefit in helping to rebuild the state party.
